Nollywood has been thrown into mourning following the death of veteran actress Peju Ogunmola’s only son, identified as Ayomikun, also called Shina in some reports.
The young man, who had just completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme, reportedly slipped and fell in a bathroom while alone. Sadly, help did not come in time, leading to his untimely death.
The heartbreaking news was first shared by actor Odunlade Adekola, sparking an outpouring of grief from colleagues, fans, and friends across social media.
Ayomikun’s death has left his mother, Peju Ogunmola, and father, veteran actor Sunday Omobolanle (popularly known as Papi Luwe), devastated, as tributes continue to pour in from the entertainment industry.
