Oke-Ogun Born Lecturer, Lukmon Dies In A Ghastly Accident

On Monday, Babatunde Lukmon was driving to work from Ibadan when a trailer coming from the Saki end of the road lost control and slammed into his car, killing him instantly.

Babatunde Lukmon Kunle, a lecturer at the Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki (TOPS), died on Monday as a result of injuries sustained in a head-on accident with a trailer on the Iseyin-Saki road.

On Monday, Lukmon was driving to work from Ibadan when a trailer coming from the Saki end of the road lost control and slammed into his car, killing him instantly.

Before his death, Babatunde was a senior lecturer at the Polytechnic’s Architectural department and was married with children.

The late educator, according to his high school classmates, was humble and approachable to his mates and friends while alive and will be sorely missed. The late Lukmon attended Iseyin District Grammar School and left the school in 1992.
