Five people have been confirmed dead during a reported auto crash involving a commercial bus and a car inbound Abeokuta around Kere Village, along the Old Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, on Monday.
In a statement issued by the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) Spokesperson, Babatunde Akinbiyi, however urged motorist plying the axis to exercise patience and understanding as rescue operations involving TRACE, FRSC and POLICE continues.
According to him, “There is just been a fatal accident involving a Tipper lorry and another vehicle. This happened around Kere village enroute Abeokuta from Lagos. You may alert your operatives around the axis for necessary intervention”
