ODUDUWA NEWS has just gathered that a young man suspected to be a cable thief has been electrocuted while trying to vandalize electric transformer in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.
It was gathered that the suspect was electrocuted on Monday afternoon, August 15, while allegedly trying to steal cables from a transformer at Kolade Estate in Ogo Oluwa Area of Osogbo.
The lifeless body of the electrocuted man was seen hanging on the fence mounted around the electric transformer.
As at the time of filing this report, the identity of the suspected thief is yet to be known.
