Sound Sultan, whose real name is Olanrewaju Fasasi is said to be undergoing chemotherapy after diagnosed with throat cancer in US.
The artiste hails from Idi-Ose area of Iseyin and grew up among his siblings in Festac, Lagos.
He is currently battling with throat cancer in the United States of America.
It was learnt that the artist has been placed under strict medical conditions to save his life.
