The gubernatorial aspirant of All Progressives Congress (APC), Oyo State in 2019 general elections, Chief Adebayo AbdulWaheed Adelabu has made it known to the party leaders that it would be very easy to coast home to victory should the gubernatorial ticket be given to him.
Adelabu made this known today at his Bayo Adelabu Foundation, Jericho while he was declaring his ambition to run for the number one seat in Oyo State. While substantiating his reasons to fly the party ticket, he made reference to former governors in Ogun, Ekiti and host of others who have lost elections before they eventual won.
He boasted that when he secures the ticket of the party, such would give him easy ride to defeat incumbent Governor Seyi Makinde who is also seeking re-election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He said he has remained consistent as a party man.
