All Progressives Congress (APC) Oke-Ogun caucus in Oyo state on Friday rejected the Chairman of the Party, Chief Isaac Omodewu as the running mate of Senator Teslim Folarin, the party’s candidate for governorship seat in the upcoming general elections.
According to a credible source in Oke-Ogun, it was gathered by ODUDUWA NEWS that the party’s leadership had screened roughly fifteen names that had just been submitted by the Oke-Ogun caucus on Friday.
As of Friday afternoon, the caucus had three credible and respectable Oke-Ogun natives left.
According to the source, it is highly feasible for a lecturer—whose name was not given to our reporter among the nominees, to be chosen as Senator Folarin’s running mate.
