Consultancy Services Unit of the University of Ibadan Ventures Ltd in collaboration with 1st A-Z Exhibition Ventures held 1st international foods, beverages, drugs fair, exhibition and award giving ceremony.
The programme which began on the 24th of March and ended on Saturday 30th March, 2024 at the University of Ibadan Hotel had several entrepreneurs from different trading activities showcasing their products and innovations to the public glare.
In his words, while speaking to newsmen, Convener of the event who is also the Chairman of 1st A-Z Exhibition Ventures, Engr. Ponle commended all the participants for making the event a successful one. He highlighted the importance of the exhibition which was geared towards bringing series of products and innovations from several entrepreneurs closer to the people aiming at boosting the economy of the state and Nigeria at large.
The theme of the event was titled, “Highlighting in Practical Terms, Effective Administration And Development of The Social Responsibilities In Foods, Beverages And Drugs”.
While speaking to Oduduwa News, Babaloja of Oyo State, Alh. S.A. Jimoh through his representative lauded the organizers of the exhibition for bringing such programme to the state at a time there is need for massive investment in production to bring the economy back on track.
He used the ocassion to call on the government at all levels to give necessary support to the entrepreneurs and business men and women as this will strengthen them to continually drive local economy through innovations and inventions as seen in the recently held exhibition.
The programme came to an end after awards were given to Primate Ayodele, Babaloja -General of Oyo State, Alh. S.A. Jimoh and the CEO S. Adiss Agricultural Engineering Limited.
