Anthony Joshua claims to have watched and learned from his fight with Oleksandr Usyk.
Joshua, who will face Usyk in a rematch in the coming days, also claimed to have recognized his errors.
Last Saturday at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, the 31-year-old lost his IBF, WBA, and WBO heavyweight crowns to the Ukrainian.
Joshua added in an Instagram post on Thursday that he has also analyzed his preparations and told his followers not to be concerned.
“I’ve studied the battle, analyzed my preparations, and identified my mistakes,” he wrote. He wrote, “I’ve learned my lesson.”
