The Lagere flyover has been described as critical to the development of Ile-Ife, with Governor Ademola Adeleke receiving commendation from the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, for initiating the project.
The project, located at what is widely regarded as the “nerve centre of Ifeland,” is expected to ease movement and boost economic activities across the area.
The Ooni of Ife also called for its speedy completion to maximize its impact.
The governor, in response, reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to equitable infrastructure development across Osun State, noting that efforts are ongoing to ensure timely delivery.
