The current minimum wage in Lagos state is N85k. I will come back in January and report that I have raised the minimum wage of public workers in Lagos to N100k. I believe my people deserve decent wages.
The statement was made known today by Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sango-Olu while featuring in a programme Politics Today on Channels TV as anchored by Seun Okinbaloye.
