Dele Farotimi has been granted bail by the Magistrate Court in Ekiti on the following conditions:
30 million naira bail sum.
Two sureties, who are responsible citizens in the society.
Defendant shall drop his international passport with the court. The defendant shall not grant interview during the pendency of the case.
