The Chairman of Oorelope Hon. Raheem Akeem on Sunday describes his late uncle as a role model who lived a purposeful life for the betterment of others. In a statement made available to OduduwaNews on Sunday reads as follows:

“It was sad to hear the news of the death of my Uncle, Barr. Bolaji Agoro of Agoro Compound, Modeke, Igboho. Saturday, 17th July, 2021 and in fact, this period, is a black moment for all of us from the compound, who grew up to know the deceased in person.

The devastating news came to me as a shock, and his death as left a vacuum that will be difficult to fill by anyone. Barr. Bolaji Agoro was an amiable person, an Omoluabi who never missed an opportunity to make an impact on others. He lived a life of purpose and service of his family, his immediate Community and humanity.
He is no longer with us in body and soul, but his good work, especially to his family, his friends, his Community members and all those who came across him, will continue to speak for him, and his memory will remain in our hearts for ever.

On behalf of myself and the good people of Oorelope Local Government, I identify with the family of the deceased and pray that the Almighty Allah will give the family the fortitude to bear the loss, and grant Barr. Bolaji Aljana Firdaous.”
