Poly Ibadan Postpones Exams Over Students’ Protest

Following a protest that was staged this morning in side the institution campus, the Management of the Polytechnic has postponed indefinitely the 2020/2021 second semester examination scheduled to commence today.

According to a statement from the management signed by the Registrar of the School, the management implored the students to remain calm has they are making efforts to resolve all issues.
“The Management of the Institution has directed for the immediate suspension of Second Semester, 2020/2021 Examinations earlier slated to begin today, Monday, 16th
May, 2022 till further notice. Management is making efforts to resolve all issues.
Students are therefore informed to keep calm and await further directives from the Management”

Our correspondent learnt that the students are protesting against the lazy attitude of the Institution in releasing and processing of their results, as some of their previous semesters results has not been released and processed.
