Police Officers at the Mapo Divisional Headquarters have been identified to have shot three people at Oke-Are, Ibadan. An eyewitness who spoke on the condition of anonymity said five police officers came in a Micra car to the area and pulled the trigger suddenly which led to the death of one person immediately while the other two people are in extensive care unit at the nearby hospital.
