Earlier yesterday, It was a harrowing experience for commuters along Onipanu Area of Lagos, as they trekked long distances to their destinations, following the refusal Of NURTW to allow commercial bus drivers to ply the route as they protest alleged extortion of commercial drivers by Taskforce and LASTMA official.
According to a resident, passengers were alleged to have been chased out of buses by members of NURTW at Onipanu and Fadeyi bus stop.
ODUDUWA NEWS had earlier reported a similar issue last week around Cele and Ikotun following the protest by NURTW Members against extortion of commercial drivers by Taskforce and LASTMA official.
