ODUDUWA NEWS has just gathered that the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN Tanko Muhammed has just resigned on health grounds.
His resignation comes amidst protest by Justices of the Supreme court on his handling of the Apex court.
Meanwhile, feelers from the Supreme Court have confirmed that the Iseyin-born Judge, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola who is next in line to Chief Justice Tanko may be sworn in by the President Muhammadu Buhari to head the Apex Court.
