Alh Abdul-Rasheed Shehu, Alapinni of Oyoland and an Oyomesi has been reportedly dead.
He battled an unknown illness till he passed away early on Sunday morning.
He would be buried today afternoon inside the family enclosure in accordance with Islamic customs.
The late Oba Lamidi Adeyemi was married to one of his daughters, Badira.
The death of the kingmaker has been announced by the local administration of Oyo East.
