The Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde has declared that the monumental achievements recorded in Iseyin and other places cannot be achieved without the support of the lawmaker representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju State Constituency, Hon. Dele Adeola.

Makinde made this assertion yesterday during a campaign tour and town hall meeting held with Araromi LCDA traditional council in Ado-Awaye.

The town hall meeting was part of the programmes earmarked for yesterday’s campaign in Iseyin.

Makinde made a remark on the establishment of satellite campus of LAUTECH in Iseyin, construction of Iseyin Ogbomoso road among several others as part of the legislative support he received towards the achievement of the said projects.

Makinde was quoted as saying, “Hon. Dele Adeola was very instrumental to our achievements because he always ensured that we received maximum support at the State House of Assembly.

“Without him at the State Assembly, we cannot record some of our achievements. Indeed, he is a dogged and very supporting lawmaker.

“Let Dele Adeola return elected so that we can continue our good work together in Omituntun 2.0. I am using this medium to solicit for your votes to him so that we can take Oyo State to the Promised Land together”.

“We cannot afford to lose Dele Adeola at the State Assembly as his efforts and resilience towards the success of our administration cannot be overlooked”, said Makinde.
