The Chairman/CEO of Agbele Sporting, Hon. Omidiji Ponmile, has joined many well-meaning football-loving Nigerians in congratulating the newly appointed Assistant Super Eagles Head Coach, Daniel Ogunmodede.
Hon. Ponmile Omidiji, who’s also the S.A. on Youth and Sport to the Honourable Representing Old Irepo Federal Constituency, said the appointment of Daniel Ogunmodede is a testament of his hard work, commitment, perseverance, and patriotism over the years to Nigeria’s football growth.
The Agbele Sporting Chairman highlighted Daniel’s stellar performances and his proven track record at Remo Star as head coach, qualifying him for the task.Hon. Omidiji expressed joy that the NFF deemed it fit to appoint an Oyo Indigene as assistant coach after a long year of Oyo Indigene being appointed for such a national assignment.
Hon. Ponmile expressed confidence in Daniel Ogunmodede,that the experience he had garnered as a seasoned coach with foreign and local clubsides will rub off positively on the Super Eagles team.
